codemantra follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal data, both during transmission and once received by codemantra. However, we would like to let you know that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.


Data Retention

We retain personal data we collect from you where we have an existing legally binding agreement/ consent from you to avail/provide services from/to you.


When we have no legally binding agreement/ consent from you, we will either delete or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. Provided however, in the event it is legally required we retain the personal data so long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
